Do I need an account to use PapaShield tools?
No. The tools are designed to stay usable without login. Account features are for saving and organizing your work later.
Is Premium required to copy my output?
No. Copying output should remain available on the free tool flow after you review it.
Can I cancel Premium anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime before your next renewal date. Your Premium access stays available until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again after that. See our Billing & Refund Policy for the full details.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, since cancelling stops future charges immediately rather than refunding time already paid for. Exceptions are a duplicate charge, a billing error on our part, or a refund required by law. See our Billing & Refund Policy for specifics.
What happens to my saved letters if I cancel Premium?
Cancelling does not delete your saved data. Your saved outputs stay in your account; Premium-specific features like extra letter variants and PDF export become available again if you resubscribe.
Will Premium guarantee results?
No. Premium improves organization and export features. It does not guarantee appeal approval, bill reduction, coverage, or any outcome.
What do I get with Premium that I don't get for free?
Each of the 6 tools has its own additional Premium letter or document variants beyond the standard free output, plus a branded PDF download option. The free output every tool provides stays the same either way.
Can I delete my saved data later?
You can delete individual saved outputs yourself at any time from your Saved page. Full account deletion isn't self-serve yet; contact support and we'll handle it directly.
