PapaShield provides educational tools, guides, draft letters, checklists, and organization support to help you understand medical bills and insurance denials and prepare your own next steps. PapaShield does not file appeals, negotiate with insurers or providers, or represent you in any dispute. You review, edit, and send any draft or letter yourself.

Everything on this site, including tool outputs, guides, and saved drafts, is for general educational purposes. It is not professional legal, medical, billing, insurance, or financial advice, and using PapaShield does not create a professional-client relationship of any kind (for example, no attorney-client or doctor-patient relationship is formed).

We do not guarantee that any bill will be reduced, that any appeal will succeed, that any claim will be approved, or that any specific outcome will happen. Every situation is different, and outcomes depend on facts and decisions outside our control.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you enter. You agree to use PapaShield only for its intended purpose and not to misuse the service - for example, by attempting to access another user's data, disrupt the service, or use it for anything unlawful.

You own the information you enter into PapaShield's tools and dashboard. We use it only to generate and display your outputs back to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update, add, or remove features over time. We will try to keep this page current, but some features described elsewhere on the site may still be in progress.

PapaShield is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, PapaShield is not liable for decisions you make based on information from this site, or for outcomes related to your medical bill, insurance claim, or appeal.
